If you can't tell, I let Matt mess around with our blog. Hence the sudoku game and the music from the "Office". He has really started to get into the blog, so you'll probably be seeing some changes in the near future.

BIG NEWS!!!! Ally took 12 steps yesterday. In one day she doubled her previous record. I am soo proud of her. She probably would have kept going had she not decided to stop and get excited. Ally is talking soo much. 90% of what she says though, I am not sure if I understand. She will come over to me and just start jabbering to me, as if I understand. I go along with it and it is so cute. Yesterday Matt called to say he was on his way home and we hung up. I looked at Ally and said, "Daddy, is on his way home". She crawled as fast as she could from the kitchen to the living room window, stood up on her stool and started banging on the window yelling dada. It was the cutest thing ever.

Ally is up to 6 steps now

In these pictures Ally was taking her first 6 steps. Too bad I had the digital camera and not the video camera. She has gotten a lot more confident with her walking.
Ally loves to play with hotwheels...she prefers those over dolls.

This picture of her isn't very good, but you can see her cute toes. I painted them last night and she didn't even seem to notice. Silly girl.

I thought this was a cute picture of her big blue eyes.
Ally is eating her baby goldfish. I had put them in her little cup, but she thought it was more fun to dump them out and then step on them. Now we are back to having snack in the kitchen.

Ultrasound pictures....
Here is 1 of 2 3-d pictures
She is holding her head and has her foot nearby her hand.
I thought this profile 3-d picture looked really neat.

This is a picture of the top of the babies head. You can see the eye sockets, nose, and mouth.

This is her foot, obviously.

This is another profile picture, not as good as the 3-d picture.
This is a picture of the babies head and the torso. We couldn't get it to scan very well.

Ally's new love is dogs
She was watching Animal Planet this morning. There were some dogs on there and she was trying to talk to them. Anytime she sees a dog she starts to pant like a dog. She is working on saying dog, right now it comes out like "dud", but we know what she's talking about.
Ally enjoys playing with her laughing lion and her baby tad.
Last week my sister Tiffney went with us to the pool.
Ally was really cute in Tiffney's cap and goggles.

Ally is becoming very comfortable in the water. Tiffney is standing an arm's reach from her, but Ally didn't care.
At one point Ally thought she'd walk through the water by herself. She made it to the wall to my surprise. I actually think she walks better in the water than on land.

The picture is a little dark, but Ally took a few steps by herself and then proceeded to fall into the ottoman. When we were in Gatlinburg I bought her a pair of walking shoes from Stride Rite. There is a huge difference in how she walks when she wears the stride rite shoes and her play shoes. As of right now, Stride Rite has me convinced their shoes are great!!

Ally's fun Tuesday
We met Grandma Horn and Kim in Kokomo yesterday and had fun seeing them. When we got home we decided we had to enjoy the nice weather. Ally is still not sure how she feels about the grass.
Ally likes playing with the football.

This is how Ally got her way through the grass. It was really funny to watch.

Matt and Ally washing the car. Ally had fun getting wet and playing with all the sticks and rocks on the driveway. She kept trying to eat everything she picked up. I am ready for her to grow out of that phase. It is so gross.

Here is Ally trying to pick up a stick. I minute later I found her trying to bite it.
After getting all wet and muddy outside, Matt took her in for a VERY bubbly bath.

After the egg hunt daddy put Ally back into the tub of eggs.

Matt ran through and filled up his bucket really fast, so he had to empty it before he could get more. He handed them over to Ally. For Easter Ally got matchbox Easter cars, 3 rubber stretch bunnies, a Dr Seuss Book, and an egg of bunnies (similar to a barrel of monkeys).
She had so much fun.
My sister Tara, in the red shirt, has a bunch of eggs in her shirt. If you look closely you can see how bumpy she looks. My mom is video taping all the fun.

Ally helped me fill Easter eggs on Friday. Every year my family does a HUGE Easter egg hunt. When I say Huge I mean that in the sense that we have LOTS of Easter eggs. Before my mom moved into her current house, she had 3 acres for us to do our egg hunt on. Now it is kind of silly looking because we just run around her backyard and pick up eggs. She has a really small backyard now.

Ally wore this cute little dress to church yesterday.
She has been able to fit into it for a while I just had to wait until it warmed up enough for her to wear it. She kept the hat on for a long time.

This has been one of Ally's favorite toys the last few days. She drags it around the house as she plays. It plays different songs and she loves, The Itsy Bitsy Spider, If you're happy and you know it, and Hickory Dickory Dock.

Taking a bath in the sink...
sooo much fun.

More pictures of Ally's Easter Dress

She was ready for a nap and decided she didn't want anymore pictures taken.

Easter Sunday
It was soo cold Ally had to wear tights.
