Josey isn't so much into watching dvds like the big kids, so she finds other ways to entertain herself.

Crazy March weather

We are hoping this is the last we see of snow until December.  But with hoping we don't see it again for that long, we had to play in it one last time for the season.  The kids had a blast.  Josey didn't get to play though because she had some sort of cold (turns out she and Ben both had strep).

Excellence

On Wednesday Ally's teacher emailed me saying she had nominated Ally for an Excellence award.  We had to keep it a surprise, so she'd be surprised when her name was announced.  Just to show a little extra spirit, I braided her hair with a "B".  It didn't turn out quite how I imagined, but now I know how I will do it next time.

 We took full advantage of the nice weather.

After this, Matt took the kids to Chick-Fil-A for dinner.  My sister and I drove downtown for the Time Out for Women conference.  It was a great time for me to re-group my bucket.  It was also a fun time for Matt to spend with the kids.

Field trip

I was able to go on Ally's field trip to the Childrens Museum.

We had a fun group of girls.  I think Ally liked having me go with her.  I know I enjoyed it.

Wacky Day

I did Ally's hair wacky.

 And she made sure to wear non matching clothes...and socks.

 It is Dr. Seuss week and today was bright colors.

Just another manic Monday

 It is Dr. Seuss week in the 1st grade.  They were suppose to wear all green today.  Ally wore a green shirt, green leggings and a colorful skirt.  

 Jo loves wearing everyones shoes.  If you can't find your shoes at our house, Josey has probably worn them down to the basement, where she found another pair of shoes to wear instead.

St Patricks Day

 We were all rockin green yesterday.  Lucy's flower has green on it as well as her green hair bow.

 

Friday dress up crazies

 Ben wanted to dress like a cowboy..so this is how he went to school.

 Jo wanted to wear Ben's sweatshirt.

 Ally had a tea party at school, so she dressed up for it.

The baby of the family

 Josey LOVES being the baby.  She knows she can get whatever she wants by either sweatly asking or screaming at whoever or whatever she wants.  She will come up to me and remind me that she's the baby. 

Girls

 The girls love duplos/ legos.

March birthdays/church dresses

 Grandma Angie got Lucy this cute skirt.

 She got Ally this High School Musical shirt as well.

 Ally drew a picture for Jeff of him fishing for a fish from the show "River Monsters".  It shows him getting electrocuted.
