A fun kinda day

Ben thought he should share Matt's sunglasses with Brigham.

 When daddy got home they all went out to play.

They came out SO tight.  I was kind of worried how she'd like it.  Well, she loved it.

This morning the kids were running around crazy, so I pulled out the leap magnets and that tamed them for a few minutes so I could find some quiet.

 Yep I'm tired.

 I'll be right here cuddling with Ben if you need me mom.

Best buds.

Every boy needs a brother and I'm so glad these 2 have each other.

Ben adores Brigham and I'm hoping Brigham feels the same about Ben.

 Ben can't wait to play trains, cars, have sword fights, share his cowboy boots, wrestle and teach Brigham everything he knows. 

Sunday, Sunday

It started off a bit like this:

 She's definitely her own little person and has no interest in what others think.  Here she is with her glasses and earrings made out of rubber bands.

Then I remove all that and dress her like this.

 My sweet boy that loves to give mommy several hugs during dinner and tons of them throughout the day.

 If you were at church with us (I'm sorry by the way) you got to see the side of Josey we see everyday.  If you know of anyone that specializes in hurrying 2 year molars to come through, please email me their contact info.  We are in short supply of patience at this house currently.  She is mean and scary.

 A bit of sass and smiles.

 And all sorts of crazy.

 The fight in Sacrament started with Lucy and Josey not able to share a box of crayons.

Lucy has decided that if Josey can be mean, so can she.

 But mostly she is nice and a different little girl than she was a year ago (she was almost like Jo, but not so bad). 

 She is so head strong and determined it will make you crazy.

 And then there is Mr. Sweet Cheeks.

 We just can't get enough of this little guy.

Oh goodness

I'm sure Brigham is asking himself quite often "are these people for real?"

A fun Friday

We played with play-doh while daddy, Trent, Ally and Ben were at the Lego movie (they thought it was AWESOME by the way).

 Little man loves to hang on mommy and picks dinner time to get fussy, just to be extra close to mommy.

 This was Ally during the interview with the President before the start of the opening of the Olympics.  She was falling asleep, it was quite funny.

Since I've decided I want my kids blessing outfits to become heirlooms, I want there to be a picture(s) documenting them in the said outfits.  Little man wasn't up for extra pictures on day he got blessed so we did it on a day that worked better for him.

He started off complaining that this was too hard.

 Then slowly decided that this might not be such a bad gig after all.

 This is so easy, I'm a natural.

 Ben's name and the date he got blessed is under the right pocket.

I will add Brigham's at some point soon.

 He's starting to get those rolls that scream "I love to eat".

 He doesn't mind tummy time.

 But gets tuckered out after about 15 minutes or so.

 He's starting to work more muscles. He will move around his crib if he gets mad enough or if he is sleeping really deep.
