Zumba
So as you can see, I really didn't die, I'm not even sore. I had lots of fun last night. And Nicole, there were at least 3 of those women in the class last night that were doing what that lady does in your class (being a step ahead of the instructor, as to seem like the instructor is following them). My sister and I were reminded of how uncoordinated we are. We are going to keep going in hopes that it helps with our coordination.
