And the rains came down and their mommy let them play.
And boy did they play. They had SO much fun.
Ally questioned me a few times on if it was really okay to play in the rain.
I grew up playing in the rain/hail/tornados till I was 21 and I have great memories from those times.
Lucy loved it.
Ben loved it.
Ally wasn't completely sold on the idea the whole time.
Playing in the mud with sticks.
This was as close as she was going to get to playing outside.
The back of our yard turns into a creek when it rains.
Once the kids discovered this, they had even more fun.
They did so many laps back and forth, running and running.
The lawnmower was the most demanded toy.
We came inside and got dressed. Then we started to remove wallpaper in the family room.
