A crazy, hectic Tuesday

Jo is really wanting to learn this potty thing.
Since we aren't home for an extended period of time until after school, she is taking advantage of the time I give her.

It's always fun to be a bit free!

Matt called and said he had forgot his stuff for class and asked if we could bring it to him.
I called the neighbor and asked if she could help with getting Ally home and keeping her for a bit.
The 3 little kids and I hurried downtown to give Matt his stuff.  Then we hurried back home to get Ally and go to the orchard.  The kids played hard and ate way too many apples.  We had a taste test with the apples.  I prefer Cortland, Late Gala and Ida Red.  Ally likes honey crisp and ida red.  Ben and Lucy like whatever Ally likes.  Josey ate whatever I handed her or that she found on the ground ( I know ewwww gross).

After picking our apples, we played on the playground and the hay mounds.

Its nice having a big sister to help you up.

Jo wanted nothing to do with the hay, but had a blast on the swingset.
Ally had a blast jumping off of it into a pile of hay.

It took Lucy quite a while to get up the courage to jump off, but she finally did right before we left.
Ben was timid about the idea as well.
We got home just in time to finish prayer for our dinner (cereal) and Matt walked in the door.
We got the kids somewhat cleaned off in the shower and tucked them into bed.
Hopefully next Tuesday isn't as busy!  Oh and we had to squeeze in homework and piano before bed as well.
